I don&#39;t think there has been a drastic drop in the number of poorly configured email clients (also, it says &#39;can&#39;t&#39; which to me is a reference to language skills, not technical capabilities, but you just can&#39;t be certain with second language speakers). <br />This is one of those instances where I&#39;m not sure people know/realize there is a difference between writing and language.
